Q: Do you sell your pillows wholesale for resellers?
A: Yes. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll gladly introduce you to our distributor.
Q: How many days is shipping?
A: Domestic orders arrive in 3-5 business days. International orders will arrive in 10-15 business days. USPS Tracking numbers are provided for domestic orders only. Please allow time for orders to process through international customs.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes! We ship worldwide via the US Postal Service. If you don’t see your country listed, email us at email@example.com and we will add your country to our list, or allow you to pay via PayPal. Shipping will still be through USPS.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Use our handy shipping calculator in the Cart section.
Q: Do international orders get a tracking number?
A: Unfortunately USPS does not provide tracking numbers for international parcels. Your shipping will not update after it has left the U.S. although it may change to "delivered" once it has arrived.
Q. This will be a gift, can you hide the pricing information?
A. Pricing information is not included on our packing slips for this reason, however please note that the pricing information will be included on the outside of the package for international orders as this is required by customs.
Q. Do you make custom pillows?
A. Yes, but only for bulk orders. If you are a business looking to make bulk custom pillows, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. Will I be charged import tax?
A. Yes, some international orders are subject to import taxes due to size and weight. This is out of our control and the customer pays this fee.
Q. I am a product reviewer, can I have a free pillow?
A. We do not offer pillows for review but appreciate your interest.
